He delivered above and beyond what I requested for the 10-hour day of shooting that included event candids, head shots, group shots, and party shots. The schedule I gave him had long breaks in the day where I told him it would be slow. Instead of sitting around, he worked the room in our meeting and got much more from the meeting than I had thought to ask for. He knew the hotel we were holding our meetings at and recommended locations for shots.
