Lange Farm Wedding Photography :: Chris + Kristi

I am not sure there can be a more perfect wedding day than Chris & Kristi's. The Lange Farm in Dade City fit these two perfectly and what a better day to have a wedding than Valentines Day. I also won't forget the amazing cuisine by Dazzle! Below are just a small handful of my favorite images from their special day. I would also like to thank my homie Marc for helping me photograph this wedding. Ybor City Engagement Session :: Tampa Wedding Photography

Recently I had the pleasure of photographing these two love birds in Ybor City for their engagement session and it could not have been a better Florida winter evening! Here is just a small handful of my favorite images. Enjoy!     How did the two of you meet? We met through mutual friends & family on facebook. Personally, I was totally not interested but his clever writing and camo uniform had my mind wondering.   How long have you two been together? Officially together for a year and few months. Cliche-girl thing to say, we first laid eyes back 2012 when our writing first started     How did he propose? After a 9 month dinner anniversary, we went back to my place to walk our dog. After a simple slow dance from Frank Sinatra.. he ran after my dog, tripped & fell. I, of course, get hysterical when people fall and attempted to help him up a few minutes later. Then... the question that turned me numb.   [...]

Sarasota FL Wedding Photographer :: Ringling Museum Engagement Photography

What do you get when you combine the jaw dropping Ringling Museum and two newly engaged lovebirds? One ridiculously epic engagement session! DC & Jennifer make such an adorable couple it was hard not to take a bad photo of the two of them and was extremely difficult narrowing down which images to post as I wanted to post them all! I simply cannot wait for their wedding at the Museum of Fine Arts in downtown Saint Petersburg in November.   How did the two of you meet? We first met at Jenny's "Mexican Fiesta" themed 27th birthday party, hosted at a mutual friend's house. At the time we both were seeing other people, so we just enjoyed some conversation and kept it moving. Then almost a year to the day later the same mutual friend invited both of us to happy hour and it just so happened that we were now both single.  We immediately picked right back up with our conversation, laughed, and danced the night away. We went on our first date that week and have talked every day sinc[...]

Tampa Wedding Photographer :: Phillippi Park Engagement Session

We had so much fun photographing Mary & Don at Phillippi Park in Safety Harbor for their engagement session and cannot wait for their beautiful wedding in June at Sacred Heart and Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club    "Jonathan made me and my fiancé feel completely comfortable and natural in front of the camera during our engagement shoot!! After it is all said and done, the photographs from your wedding (combined with your own memories) are one of the most significant things that you can have. I feel so relieved and grateful that I can put my trust in Jonathan on the big day to capture the most important, sacred moment of my life so far!" Thank you Mary & Don for making my job so easy! You two make such a great couple. :)

Tampa Boudoir Photography :: Mrs B's boudoir session experience

Absolutely loved how Mrs B's boudoir session turned out! She was so sweet and fun to work with and even gave us permission to share her photos with you. Thank you Mrs B for choosing us to be your photographer. :) We had such a great time creating beautiful images of Mrs. B for her to give as a gift to her boyfriend for their one year anniversary. Here is what she had to say about her boudoir experience. What made you decide to do a boudoir session? I decided to do a boudoir session because my one year anniversary was approaching and I wanted to get my boyfriend something special and incorporate our relationship in some photos. Plus, I jokingly said to Jonathan “these pictures need to seal the deal and make my boyfriend want to put a ring on my finger” LOL   I enjoyed working with Jonathan because:  I enjoyed working with Jonathan soooo much! I searched for a few weeks for a photographer and it seemed like the ones I spoke to was they were either a fake photographer, produce[...]

Questions to Ask Before Booking Your Wedding Photographer

Questions to Ask Before Booking Your Wedding Photographer Around the holidays is the time when a lot of wedding proposals are taking place and couples are on the hunt for a great wedding venue and a team of vendors to help create a wedding of their dreams. There are many Pinterest boards out there that give advise to brides on what to look for when hiring a professional photographer and can get very overwhelming. Below is a list that I have compiled that I thought were great questions to ask a wedding photographer and that will help in making an informed decision. Do you have insurance? Is Photography your full-time job? How long have you been photographing weddings? Can you send me a link to a full gallery from a wedding? (here is a great article that I found about the importance of asking for a link to view a full wedding.) Do you have any sample albums that I can see? Do you have backup equipment? Are you available for out of state travel? Where can I read reviews[...]

Tampa FL Boudoir Photography :: Mrs. M Boudoir Session

Recently we created a new boudoir Little Black Book for a client who wanted to give her husband a unique gift that he will cherish for the rest of his life. He is currently in the military and she wanted to surprise him when she went to visit. Here is what she had to say about her experience and some of her images from her boudoir session. What made you decide to do a boudoir session? I wanted to give my husband something very special for his birthday. He is always away and we only see each other for about a week at a time once every four or five months out of the year and he is always asking for pictures of me whether I'm just sitting there doing homework and he just wants to see my face or if I told him I bought a new outfit and he wants to see it on me. Either way, he is always interested in seeing current pictures of me. I enjoyed working with Jonathan because: He is very professional and was able to get the most amazing pictures out of me and I believe myself to be a ver[...]
