Julia and Bruce's engagement session at Fort De Soto Park was absolutely delightful. We LOVED working with these two lovebirds as they were so much fun to be around and easy to work with. Below are a few of their images and some kind words from them. Enjoy! :)   "Jonathan was amazing. He did our engagement photos this past December. He is so talented and has such a good eye. He is professional, polite, patient, and absolutely wonderful. We loved his work and we highly recommend him!"

St Petersburg Wedding Photogrtapher - Lisa + Michael Engaged To Be Married | Saint Petersburg Florida Photographer

I’ve heard of high school sweethearts but Lisa and Michael have taken it a step further and are middle school sweethearts. “We knew of each other in middle school,” they said. “Although we ran in different circles, we did have many mutual friends. We had not seen or spoken to each other in fifteen years when we reconnected at Moon Under Water two years ago.” That was October 2010, and they began dating soon after. Then, over dinner at the Don CeSar, he proposed. I had the pleasure of capturing their engagement memories just recently and on Saturday will be there for their wedding.

Tampa Wedding Photographer - Lauren & Davids Engagement Session Ybor & Ft. De Soto

Is there a happier time in a person’s life than when they meet that special someone with whom they can see spending the rest of their years? Okay, maternity pictures, but that’s a different blog! Wedding and engagement photographs are some of the most important pictures that a person can have in their lifetime and it’s important to hire a professional to capture these memories in a way that reflects who you both are. We recently had the pleasure of photographing the newly engaged couple, Lauren and David, to mark this joyous occasion. Lauren and David’s love story started eight months ago when they met through a mutual friend. And it was obvious that these two love each other a great deal when I met them. He proposed on his birthday at dinner in front of all their friends and family. The cake, instead of a traditional birthday cake, came out saying “OMG … He went to Jared’s” and he went down on one knee to ask for the greatest birthday present he could ever hope for.  Of course, s[...]

Heather + Olon Engagement Session Ybor City Tampa, Florida

We had such a great time photographing this lovely couple a few weeks ago! This engagement session was fun, simple and full of life and emotion and the images really show how much they truly love one another. They both went to high school together, but were not friends. It wasn’t until almost ten years after high school that they reconnected over Facebook and began dating for two years. Olon was overwhelmed with Heathers quick wit and good looks and absolutely had to ask her hand in marriage. Olon proposed in Denver, Colorado. They hiked to the top of Devils Head recreation trail. He made a separate basket with treats in it and a letter that led up to his proposal. They really want a fun and intimate wedding ceremony where we can truly celebrate with their friends and family at the Palafox Wharf, Pensacola, FL Colors: deep purple and lime green. Theme: timeless. Southern. Food: good ole' southern bar-b-que Honeymoon: first, Key West, then early next year for our real honeymoo[...]
